Yakido Shamo

Hereunder a photo of an original Yakido cockbird imported from Japan by Dr.Coimbra Filho from Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. These birds were tested but according Dr.Coimbra these Yakido did not meet Brazilian criteria.

 Note: Yakidos should be jetblack as this is the one and only colour being bred in Japan. Other plumage colours or red in the plumage are in Japan seen as a sign of impurity.
